Port Louis Tomorrow

Hi All,

Jer here.

Sitting up by the pool having a cool drink and listening to the band.  The weather has really gotten hot and humid.  Until the last couple days, the weather has been cooler than we expected in the southern hemisphere summer.  Africa is going to be toasty!

Helen mentioned the St Patrick’s Day show that we were going to see.  It was called Lord of the Dance.  I’m sure many of you have seen Riverdance, and this show was similar.  Both the music and the dancing were fantastic.  The Crystal singers and dancers are amazing, and they do it on a ship that is bobbing and rolling.  I didn’t take these next pictures from the show but snagged them from another blog.  I’m sure that violates some rule of blogging, but don’t tell anyone :).

Today is our last of six sea days across the Indian Ocean.  The first four days were pretty rough, but these last two days have been smooth.  We will be happy to have a day ashore.

So long for now.  We should have some interesting pictures to share from our next few ports of call.

Jer and Helen
